- Realized? No - Reasons: 1. Lack of materials (articles and newbits) · MGCS sent an exegesis. · Requests for information were sent but no response 2. Southern Luzon seminaries were not present during the last year’s ASEP. 3. No clear hierarchy of the Editorial Board Recommendations: - To oblige at least one representative of every member seminary of the Southern Luzon and Tagaytay clusters to make the necessary article about the ASEP meeting and other SEMNET activities. - To continue the planned newsletter which will include the same matters for publishing - To assign a seminarian from the committee every quarterly meeting and ASEP to secure article for publishing. - To tie up with the secretariat and other committees for current and recent events which the SemNet engages upon. - To follow up whether a separate folder has already been created for the articles - To include articles in the newsletter (wall type) only with regard semnet activities; and other articles such as news and theological and academic treatises in the website. - To request rectors of the previous and next host seminaries to give a sort of message for the past and upcoming KAPATIRAN. - Migs, SPTFH as contact person (for articles submission, email:

Yes (through the initiative of the secretariat) - Reasons: § They have the necessary gadgets (SEMNET digital camera) and since they are already making presentations for upcoming quarterly meetings. Recommendations: - To give the responsibility of documentation to the Secretariat since they have the SEMNET DIGITAL CAMERA and since the webmaster is a member of it. - UPDATE OF SEMNET WEBSITE (information)

- Realized? Yes - Reasons: § Through the initiative of SEMNET representatives - However, some has not visited the site due to internet connection limitation. Recommendations: - To encourage more members of different seminaries to constantly and regularly visit the Semnet website. - To make a “Semnet corner” in every member seminary for current and recent updates of the advocacies and matters engaged upon by the organization.
