Human Formation and Community Committee Action Plan and Recommendation: A. Seminary and seminarians profiles (Members profiling) - The Semnet coordinator of each seminary should put everything to template (to be provided by the Secretariat) - Status Quo: deadline must be observed. If it is late, then will go to filing. Failure to submit info, seminary will be published but info on members will not be published. - During the community planning of each seminary, consider the Semnet concerns. - At the start of the school year, Semnet rep. to get the information of members before the 1st Quarter Meeting will convene and the directory itself will be distributed on the 1st Quarter Meeting. - Sending information using any means of communication (i.e., internet, fax) Information should be in soft and hard copies. - Time frame: June 2009 – dissemination of info. Request each seminary 3 wks. After dissemination, we should be accepting/receiving the info. B. CDs and Documentation - Templates must be given - Community pics of members should be processed once the school year started (not later than July), submit with templates indicating members profiles for speedy process. - Maximize the use of technology (i.e., internet) - Time frame: Start of SY 2009-2010 (June 2010) C. Website Maintenance - Maintain the website in the strictest sense - The training of the webmasters should be done before the school year ends. - Encourage seminary to update and maintain their website and link it to the SEMNET website. Submit also news (tidbits or full coverage) - Time frame: February (recruitment of webmasters) March (training)
